YOGA HAWAII VINYASA CLASS WEDNESDAYS at 6pm at Boca Hawaii
Yoga Hawaii is offering a Vinyasa Yoga class to balance out all the training you're doing. Vinyasa is a flow style of yoga, with conscious breath linking the postures. This style is attractive to athletes because of the movement and focus on breath, ultimately improving your ability to stay in your breath during periods of intense physical exertion. The teacher, Krishna Chatterjee, is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, having completed two programs last summer with Yoga Hawaii in Kaimuki as well as Core Power Yoga in Boulder, Colorado. As an avid watersports athlete and triathlete (Ironman New Zealand and Ironman Arizona, 2006) Krishna has found that yoga increases strength, flexibility and balance while toning the body. The true benefit of yoga practice is the calming effects on the mind, allowing you to be more present in your everyday life. Clarity, patience, groundedness...good skills that allow us all to cope with our fast-paced lives. Classes are $10 each. FOR MORE YOGA CLASSES... visit Yoga Hawaii at www.yoga-hawaii.com or call Tania at (808) 739-YOGA (9642). To reach Krishna call (808) 389-6938 or visit www.yogakrishna.com
