Athletes are encouraged to participate in all three events, but are not required to. Each rider will accumulate points from each race. Highest scoring riders will win prizes.

Time for MountainMan fun! Swim 750 meters, mountain Bike 20K, and trail run 6K to win your slot. This is outdoor fun at its best! The 11th Annual Jamba Juice Mountainman at Kualoa Ranch is beautiful and challenging. The refreshing swim fronting waters off Chinaman's Hat is followed by an awesome bike and run course into private Kualoa Ranch. Come test your athletic abilities individually or as a relay team while enjoying the beauty of the valley. Entry fee is $90 for individuals and $110 for relay teams(+ $10 USAT one-day license for non-members).
RACE MORNING CHECK-IN: ENTER IN AT THE KAAAWA SURF GATE
Drive PAST the main Kualoa Ranch entrance towards North Shore and continue about a mile, turn left into the “Surf Gate” Entrance (dirt road entrance) Parking available. This is the finish area and where you will set up your bike to run (T2) transition gear.
RACE MORNING SCHEDULE: 6:20AM – 7:00AM - Outer island packet pick-ups and late entries (T-shirts not guaranteed) 7:10AM - mandatory meeting in the transition area for all participants 7:30AM “START”: At 7:30am, all athletes will ride their bikes from Kaaawa Valley, together and relaxed, with goggles and swim cap to swim to bike (T1) transition area. After completing the swim, athletes will ride their bikes from T1 to bike course into Kaaawa Valley . They will finish the ride at T2 in Kaaawa Valley and proceed on to run course in Kaaawa Valley . Finish line is at Kaaawa Valley base camp, near T2.
PARKING: Free parking is available at Kualoa Ranch on the Kaaawa Valley side.

RACE NUMBERS: Participants will be marked with their race number on race morning as they enter the transition area to set up their race gear (NOTE for Relay Teams: the swimmer must be marked with the team number). Two numbers are enclosed in your race packet. The stiffer card number must be placed on the handle bars of your bike with enclosed twist ties; the other number must be worn on the front of you on the run (pins enclosed or use race belt). Numbers must face front and be clearly visible at all times or you will receive a time penalty.
SHIRTS: Shirts will be given to participants at packet pick-up and will be for sale if still available.
RESTROOMS: Running water and portable bathrooms will be available on the Kaaawa camp area.
TIMING: Chip times (splits, overall time, etc…) will be provided by JTL Timing. Participants may pick up cards at the race site shortly after their finish.
COURSE: Approximately 750m ocean swim, 20K mountain bike, 6K trail run.
AID STATIONS: Bike course – there will be only an emergency First-Aid Station on the bike course with limited mechanical bike assistance available. Run course – Two aid stations will be available on the run course, one at the beginning transition area and one at the half-way mark (water and sports drink)
FINISH LINE: Refreshments will be available at the finish line by JAMBA JUICE
AWARDS CEREMONY: Following the race all individual and relay awards will be presented. In addition we will have a champagne ceremony for the top three male and female overall finishers. Let's all join in on this exciting post race celebration!

Eligibility: USCF Event (permit pending). A USCF license is required and must be provided to the event promoter at packet pickup. A $10.00, one-day USCF license will be available at Packet Pickup. Annual licenses ($60.00) may be obtained at www.usacycling.org. All bicycles must be USCF compliant. That means no aero bars, tri-bars, tri-spoke wheels, wheel covers, seat-mounted water bottle holders, etc. Minimum age is 15 years.
Team Competitions: There are two team competitions: The Best Team Prize (Perpetual and medals) and the Most Team Finsihers Prize. The Candyland Keiki Triathlon will be staged entirely within the safe confines of Wet N' Wild Hawaii (formerly Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park) in Kapolei. This is the 7th Annual Keiki Sprint Race to be held at the water park. The distances of the Swim, Bike & Run will vary based on the age groups. All competitors will be required to provide their own bike and helmet. Cyclists put the pedal to the metal, beginning at Maunawili Elementary School and finishing at the crest of Hanauma Bay Park entrance. Race meeting at 6am race day; First rider starts at 6:30am. The CANDYLAND Keiki Triathlon is staged entirely within the safe confines of the Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park. This is the 4th Annual Keiki Sprint Race to be held at the Water Park. The distances of the Swim, Bike & Run will vary based on the age groups. All competitors will be required to provide their own bike and helmet. The first race will start at 7:30AM and include all 7-10 year olds. The distances for this race will be 100-meter swim, 3-mile bike, 1-mile run. Enjoy an early morning challenge in beautiful Kailua. The Kailua Beach 10K Run is a measured 10K course that starts at Kailua Beach Park Pavilion parking lot to Lanikai. Runners continue twice around the Lanikai Loop, returning via the bike path to the Beach Pavilion and the finish line. Random prizes to be drawn after the race (bicycle from the Bikefactory to be given away!), so stick around and enjoy some post-race refreshments before heading off to the beach! Entry fee is $20 by Oct 27th.

The CANDYLAND Keiki Triathlon is staged entirely within the safe confines of the Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park. This is the 3rd Annual Keiki Sprint Race to be held at the Water Park. The distances of the Swim, Bike & Run will vary based on the age groups. All competitors will be required to provide their own bike and helmet. The first race will start at 7:30AM and include all 7-10 year olds. The distances for this race will be 50-meter swim, 3-mile bike, 1-mile run. The second race will start at approximately 8:15AM(or after all the competitors from the first race have completed the course). The second race will include all 11-14 year olds and the distances are 100-meter swim, 5-mile bike, and 1-mile run. December 19, 2004. The second of 3 main series races on Oahu. It further test your skills in adventure racing and will include some night time operations. Race 2 will consist of hiking & trekking, orienteering & navigating, kayaking, ropes, mountain biking, an environmental sensitivity project and a mystery team builder. November 7 (SUN) at 6:30AM. Test your running legs on this measured 10K course that starts at Kailua Beach Park Pavilion. Athletes will continue into Lanikai, circling the loop two times before returning back to the beach park to the finish line.
