SCHEDULE:
Saturday March 20
8:00am - 5K Run/Walk
9:30am - Youth Triathlon 6 - 10 yrs old
10:30am - Youth Triathlon 11 - 14 yrs old
Sunday March 21
7:00am - Waterfront Triathlon (Sprint Distance)
Packet pick up:
- Wed March 17th & Thu March 18th, 12-6pm at BOCA HAWAII 330 Cooke St (ph: 591-9839)
- Fri March 19th, 4-6pm at Waterfront at Pu'uloa Race Finish Line (ph: 864-0113)
Distances:
Run/Walk: 5K (3.1 miles) fast, flat course around the Waterfront at Pu'uloa grounds
Youth Triathlon 6-10 years: SWIM 100m, BIKE 5K, RUN1K
Youth Triathlon 11-14 years: SWIM 200m, BIKE 10K, RUN2K
Adult Triathlon: SWIM 750m, BIKE 13 miles, RUN 3.5 miles
Directions:
From Honolulu: Take H-1 West to the Ewa Exit 5A. Stay on Fort Weaver Road for 3.5 miles. Turn LEFT at the Iroquois/Geiger Road intersection (the Ewa Town Center/Foodland will be on your right). Follow this country road and enjoy the drive past the Naval Magazine. Continue through the entryway and follow signs to the event.

Regular: by 1/20 = $20; by 3/15 = $25; late entry = $30
Waterfront Resident/Military: by 1/20 = $20; by 3/15 = $20; late entry = $25
Youth Triathlon (6-10yrs & 11-14yrs)
Regular: by 1/20 = $35; by 3/15 = $40; late entry = $45
Waterfront Resident/Military: by 1/20 = $30; by 3/15 = $35; late entry = $40
Waterfront Triathlon
Individual: by 1/20 = $55; by 3/15 = $65; late entry = $75
Waterfront Resident/Military: by 1/20 = $55; by 3/15 = $60; late entry = $70
Team Entry: by 1/20 = $70; by 3/15 = $80; late entry = $90
