Run/Walk: 5K (3.1 miles) fast, flat course around the Waterfront at Pu'uloa grounds
Youth Triathlon 6-10 years: SWIM 100m, BIKE 5K, RUN1K
Youth Triathlon 11-14 years: SWIM 200m, BIKE 10K, RUN2K
Sun Mar 25
Adult Triathlon: SWIM 750m, BIKE 13 miles, RUN 3.5 miles
Directions:
From Honolulu: Take H-1 West to the Ewa Exit 5A. Stay on Fort Weaver Road for 3.5 miles. Turn LEFT at the Iroquois/Geiger Road intersection (the Ewa Town Center/Foodland will be on your right). Follow this country road and enjoy the drive past the Naval Magazine. Continue through the entryway and follow signs to the event.
