Pool workouts
Focus on your swimming this summer! Program includes 2 underwater video analysis: one in the beginning of the clinic and one at the end. Work on proper technique for efficiency, and drills & intervals to develop stamina and speed. Learn proper stretching, upper and lower body. Also enjoy dry land workouts to develop strength and power needed for swimming. For swimmers of all levels.
